Four phases, in the order SharePoint needs them
A successful migration is more than copying files. Columns must exist before their values, terms before their columns, items before their permissions. The tool runs the phases in that order, and each phase can also run on its own.
- TaxonomyThe global term store and site collection term groups. GUIDs change between tenants, so a mapping table is applied to columns and values.
- StructureSite columns, content types, lists and libraries with their settings, columns and views, subsites. A rejected column is reported without blocking the rest.
- ContentFiles, list items, attachments, metadata, the full version history replayed in order, original authors and dates.

Why a tool that runs on a workstation
Your data never goes through a third party
Content travels from the source tenant to the target tenant through the migration workstation. In fast mode, files go through temporary containers provided by Microsoft, encrypted with AES-256. No vendor service ever sees your documents.
Re-running costs nothing
A state database keeps the mapping between source and target. An incremental run only sends new items, changes and anything that disappeared from the target. Migrate during the week, then run a final pass on cutover night.
Throttling is managed, not suffered
Delays requested by SharePoint are honoured, concurrency drops at the first refusal and climbs back slowly. Sites and OneDrive in the same tenant share one quota, and the tool treats them together. How it works.
Planned in Excel, tracked live
Hundreds of source and target pairs can be entered in a workbook, checked line by line before import. Each run shows its volume gauge, throughput and log, and produces a CSV report.
