Payment is by card through Stripe; VAT is calculated for your country. Change the number of seats at any time from your account, up to 50 seats.

What a seat includes

  • A seat is one Windows computer where the application is activated. Several migrations can run on it at once.
  • A seat released from the application or from your account can be assigned to another computer.
  • Colleagues can share the seats of one customer account: the owner invites them from the account page.
  • The licence works for 30 days without reaching the licence server, which helps on an isolated migration workstation.

How many seats you need

One seat is enough for most projects: SharePoint limits throughput per tenant, not per computer. A second seat makes sense when several consultants work in parallel, or when a file share migration has to run close to the file server.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is lost. After subscribing, re-run the same action in incremental mode: the remaining content is migrated without sending again what is already in place.

Can I use one subscription for several clients?

No. A subscription covers a single end client. A service firm or consultant migrating for several clients buys a licence for each of them; the monthly subscription ends with the engagement.

How do I cancel?

From your account, at any time. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

Do I need extra Microsoft licences?

No. The tool uses the standard SharePoint and Microsoft Graph APIs, included in Microsoft 365 plans that include SharePoint Online.
