Frequently asked questions
How does the application get its licence?
In Tauri Migration, click “Sign in to my account”. Your browser opens this site: sign in and confirm the code shown. The workstation receives its licence within seconds.
Is a permanent internet connection required?
No. A licence stays valid for 30 days without contacting the site. The application renews it on its own when internet is available.
I am changing computers. How do I get my licence back?
Sign out of the old workstation in the application, or release it from your account on this site. Then sign in on the new workstation.
What happens to a migration if the subscription ends?
Migrations already done stay in the target tenant. Without a valid licence, the application can still be opened but no longer starts new migrations.
